So... Much... Work...

So, instead of complaining about that stuff, I'm going to share a few things I've learned recently!

1) The above is a sander.  I call it the annoyingly loud thing that sits next to the power hammer and freaks me out.  Sarah, one of the other blacksmiths, has several interesting stories about it, but the morals were all the same.  The sander is dangerous because it is fast, so don't put your fingers near it if you want to keep them.  Now, this wouldn't be a problem, except for that the layout of the room is such that the sander as a scant few feet west of the main anvil, if that.  And I'm not kidding when I say that Sarah's stories are nasty.  I won't go into major detail, but I'm just wondering how many people are aware that an adult's finger can be compressed to a sixteenth of an inch?  On the bright side, this sander doesn't seem to get used much.

2) There are people who have some money and therefor think they are experts about everything and are entitled to having everything exactly how they want it even if that means they change their minds eight times and you have to adapt each flipping time to their whims.  These people are so entitled.  They really are.  And, they all have entitled designers.

Know what else they all have in common?  They all suck.
